The MONUMENT vase mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS.

It withstands 300-600 casting-demolding cycles, and we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the mold’s lifespan and achieve a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.

We provide our customers with FREE casting recipes and working technology.

We manufacture custom funeral monument models and produce the molds for them upon request.
