The ABS STEP mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick ABS HIMPACT. These professional calibrated plates improve the concrete casting process and facilitate the installation of concrete fences.

They withstand 300-600 casting and demolding cycles, for which we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and ensure a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
