The ABS TRAVERTIN mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM THICK ABS HIMPACT. These are professional calibrated plates, a property that aids in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of concrete fences.

They withstand 300-600 casting cycles, in which case we recommend using DECOFLOR mineral ecological release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used for casting prefabricated concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
