The form of ABS CONCRETE FENCE PLATE is thermoformed from 2.8 MM THICK HIMPACT ABS. These plates are professional CALIBRATED, a property that will help you in the production process of pouring concrete and especially in the installation of the concrete fence. The form is composed of two parts and is attached with 21 screws, which are included in the price. IMPORTANT: These molds are designed for casting in special vertical stands. Without such a stretcher, a concrete fence board with a pattern on both sides cannot be made. We recommend purchasing a rack to create a prototype board, which can be used for casting and testing and later multiplied. In stock we have: Racks for simultaneous casting of 1 slab, Stretchers for 3 plates or Stretchers for 6 tiles, all with pattern on both sides. CHARACTERISTICS: ABS form for concrete fence board with pattern on both sides is thermoformed from ABS Himpact with a thickness of 2.8 mm. Withstands 300-600 cycles of molding and demoulding. To extend the life of the forms and obtain high-quality finished products, we recommend the use of Decoflor ecological mineral release agent. It removes bubbles and other imperfections.
