ABS 4-Edged Caps Mold

The ABS 4-Edged Caps mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS HIMPACT. These plates are professional and CALIBRATED, a property that will assist in the production process of concrete casting, especially in the installation of concrete fences.
The molds withstand 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles. In this case, we recommend using ecological DECOFLOR mineral to prolong the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, precast concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
