Four-Edged cap with CMG3 model

The ABS Four-Edged cap mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HIMPACT ABS. These professional calibrated sheets facilitate the concrete casting process, particularly in assembling concrete fences.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles. To extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality final product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections, we recommend using eco-friendly mineral DECOFLOR release agent.

ABS molds can be used for casting precast concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
