The ABS Four-Sided Cap Mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS.

These professionally calibrated sheets facilitate the concrete casting process, particularly for installing concrete fences.

The mold withstands 300-600 casting-demolding cycles, and we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the mold’s lifespan and ensure a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
