The ABS CONCRETE FENCE PANEL mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS. These plates are professionally CALIBRATED, a property that will assist in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of the concrete fence.
IMPORTANT:
These posts with a design on two sides require a special metal frame for production.
This frame is available in stock, and for proper testing of the product and replicating it as a prototype, we recommend purchasing 1 piece.
Characteristics:
Durability: It withstands 200-400 cycles of casting and stripping. To extend the mold life and achieve a high-quality finished product, we recommend using the ecological mineral Decoflor. It helps eliminate bubbles and imperfections.
Usage:
ABS molds can be used to cast prefabricated concrete elements using white or gray cement to obtain:
