The ABS MOLD FOR CONCRETE FENCE PLATES is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick ABS HIMPACT. These plates are professionally CALIBRATED, a feature that helps in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of concrete fences.

IMPORTANT:
These columns with a pattern on two sides require a special metal frame for production.
This frame is available in stock, and for proper product testing and prototyping, we recommend purchasing 1 piece.

Features:
Durability: They withstand 200-400 cycles of casting and stripping. To extend the life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product, we recommend using ecological mineral Decoflor. This helps eliminate air bubbles and imperfections.
Usage:
In ABS molds, precast concrete can be cast using white or gray cement to obtain:
