The ABS Concrete Fence Post Mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS Himpact. These plates are professionally calibrated, a feature that helps in the production process of concrete casting, especially for installing concrete fences.

IMPORTANT:
These posts with a two-sided pattern require a special metal tray for production.
This tray is available in stock, and for proper product testing and prototype replication, we recommend purchasing one piece.

Features:

• Durability: Withstands 200-400 cycles of casting and de-molding.
• For extending the lifespan of the molds and achieving a high-quality finished product, we recommend using eco-friendly Decoflor, which helps eliminate bubbles and imperfections.

Usage:
ABS molds can be used for casting concrete prefabricates with either white or gray cement, resulting in:
