The ABS concrete fence panel mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS Himpact. These plates are professionally calibrated, a property that aids in the concrete casting process, especially for the installation of concrete fences.

IMPORTANT:
These two-sided patterned posts require a special metal frame for production.
This frame is available in stock, and for proper product testing and replication as a prototype, we recommend purchasing 1 unit.

Features:
Durability: Resists 200-400 cycles of casting and de-molding. To extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, we recommend using eco-friendly Decoflor. It helps eliminate bubbles and imperfections.

Usage:
ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with either white or gray cement to achieve:
