The ABS mold for concrete fence posts is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS Himpact. These professional-calibrated plates aid in the process of concrete casting, especially in mounting concrete fences.

Important:

• These two-sided pattern posts require a special metal frame for production.
• The frame is available in stock. For proper product testing and prototyping, it is recommended to purchase one unit.

Features:

• Durability: Withstands 200-400 casting and demolding cycles.
• For prolonging mold life and achieving a high-quality final product, we recommend using Decoflor, an ecological mineral release agent. It helps eliminate air bubbles and imperfections.

Usage:
