The ABS CONCRETE FENCE COLUMN MOLD is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm. These plates are professional CALIBRATED, a feature that will assist in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of the concrete fence.

It withstands 200-400 casting and demolding cycles. In this case, we recommend using DECOFLOR mineral ecological release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast precast concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
