The ABS Concrete Fence Post Mold is thermoformed from ABS Himpact with a thickness of 2.8 mm. These professional, calibrated plates are designed to assist in the concrete casting process and are especially suitable for the installation of concrete fences.

IMPORTANT:
These posts with a two-sided model require a special metal frame for production.
This frame is available in stock, and we recommend purchasing one unit for proper testing and prototype production.

Characteristics:

• Durability: The mold withstands 200-400 casting and stripping cycles. For extending the life of the molds and obtaining a high-quality finished product, we recommend using Decoflor eco-mineral. This helps eliminate bubbles and imperfections.
