Titanium dioxide is a white pigment commonly used in various industries such as paints, coatings, plastics, cosmetics, and food. Usage

Titanium Dioxide with UV protection is used for coloring:

• Pavers, concrete, mortar, mosaics, tiles, and other concrete aggregates
• Coloring lacquers, enamels, alkyd paints, and washable paints

Recommendations

• Add Titanium Dioxide with UV protection to the mixture in the concrete mixer at the beginning to ensure perfect color homogeneity.
• For an intense color, the recommended percentage is 3.5% of the cement content in the concrete.
• The maximum recommended percentage is 5% of the cement content in the concrete.

How much oxidizer do you need for coloring concrete?
If the recipe includes 300kg of cement per 1 ton of concrete, you would add:
300kg x 5% = 15kg of oxidizer for coloring per ton of concrete.
