ABS Mold for Slabs

This ABS mold is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm. These molds are professional-grade, calibrated, and designed to aid in the production process of concrete casting, especially for concrete fence installation. They are durable, lasting through 300-600 cycles of pouring and demolding. For extended mold life and to achieve a high-quality finished product, we recommend using mineral ecological decofrol, which helps eliminate bubbles and imperfections.

These ABS molds are suitable for pouring concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation. We offer casting recipes and work technology on our website.

Additionally, we produce custom 3D molds for concrete prefabricates and offer the necessary materials, such as decofrol, silicate water, iron oxides with UV protection, white sand, marble powder, and mosaic, available directly on our website.
