Straight Ridges CGBD

The ABS Straight Ridge Mold is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm. These calibrated professional sheets aid in the concrete casting production process, especially for assembling concrete fences.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles, in which case we recommend using eco-friendly mineral DECOFLOR to extend the lifespan of the molds and obtain a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, with finishes resembling marble, mosaic, or granite imitation.
