The shape is thermoformed from 2.8 MM THICK HIMPACT ABS.

It withstands a cycle of 300-600 demolding castings, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product with the elimination of bubbles and imperfections.

In ABS molds, precast concrete products can be poured with white or gray cement, imitation marble, mosaic, imitation granite.  We provide our customers with FREE casting recipes and working technology.

We make any model of funeral monument to order, and we also produce the molds for it.
