The mold is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles. In this case, we recommend using DECOFLOR mineral ecological release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast precast concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
