The ABS ROOF-TYPE RIDGE mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HIMPACT ABS. These sheets are professionally CALIBRATED, a feature that will assist in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of concrete fences.
It withstands 150-300 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR to extend the lifespan of the molds.
In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
